Established in Singapore in 1977, TRANSERVE PTE LTD commenced business servicing the Marine, Offshore, Oil and Gas Industries. Projects undertaken in the early years included sand-blasting and painting works in shipyards, welding and steel fabrication, mechanical and outfitting works.
A purpose-built factory and office building in Jurong was completed in 1980 to provide TRANSERVE a facility to work, with capabilities for all-weather steel fabrication complete with a 10m high, 21m span and 10-ton overhead crane.
In 1981, the Cabin Division was formed to support and service the Construction industry. The cabins were designed and manufactured in the Jurong factory. TRANSERVE CABINS PTE LTD was established to manage the sales and rental business of portable and container cabins.
In the early 1990's TRANSERVE made a name in the booming building construction industry as a Specialist Design & Build Contractor involved in Fabric Structures, Architectural Steel Structures, Aircraft Hangers and Doors. These projects covered Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Thailand.
The business which catered initially to the building construction industry, later diversified to include the Petrochemical companies, the Refineries, the Oil & Gas, and the Marine & Offshore sectors.
In 2006, TRANSERVE OFFSHORE INDUSTRIES SDN BHD was formed with 25,000 sqm office and yard at Lumut, Malaysia, to enlarge our manufacturing base to serve the booming Oil & Gas industry.
Today, TRANSERVE has a full range of products serving a global market.
