Our modules and cabins are constructed for Safe and Hazardous (Zone 1 or 2) locations, with Fire Ratings A-0/A-60/H-60/H-120/J-30 and Blast Rated units (0.1 Bar/ 0.25 Bar). All verifications and certifications are provided by Classification Bodies such as ABS / DNV / BV / GL. The structural designs adhere strictly to API RP2A, AISC 9th Edition & BS 5956 standards. All electrical designs meet the Hazardous Location Requirements, with CPFG/ Emergency Shut Down Systems controlling HVAC/ F & G Detectors/ Emergency Lights

Our company has achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification since 2004.

All parts and back-up service are available In-house, and technicians can be mobilized worldwide within 24 hours from call.

Transerve is committed to giving back to the community and has partnered in the Sabah Oil and Gas Apprenticeship Program (SOGAP) to provide training and skill development to young individuals and school leavers, to prepare them for future jobs in the Sabah Oil & Gas industry. Currently over 80 young men & women have started their training programme, and we are targeting a total of 500 individuals to be trained.

We are also planning to set up an Emergency Response Team comprising volunteers from our Malaysia Yard to provide aid in response to fires, floods & natural disasters.
